How Hand-Stamping Is Helping Me Heal
Welcome to the newest little nook of Just Shake It Off!
It’s been awfully exciting around here!
I’m writing this really late at night early in the morning after being featured on what I think is one of the coolest ever Instagram accounts. You guys, if you’re not already following LeeAnn Miller…I’m telling you,… you’re missing out.
Click here to check out her account and you’ll see what I mean.
If you’re wondering what’s going on and why I was featured on her IG account…take a couple of minutes to watch this video.
Meet me right back here once you’re done watching and we’ll chat.
So, yeah…that happened. And since that happened, both LeeAnn and I have had people contact us asking for the best way to purchase a hand-stamped bracelet. Up until now, I had been stamping bracelets mostly for family and friends with a few spurts of sales sprinkled in. The best way to get a bracelet was to send me a quick text or make a quick phone call and stop by the house. With the new interest, I clearly needed to come up with a new strategy. So…please bear with me as I navigate my way through this new project and platform and work to get things up and smoothly running.
I’ve added this new page, “Hand-Stamped Bracelets”, to the homepage menu on my blog and I’m going to see how using my blog as home base for my bracelets goes. There will be an order form** in the drop-down menu that will walk you through all of the information I need to create your bracelet and get it to you. Once you’ve completed the order form and confirmed the color, design, and total cost…clicking the “place order” button will automatically take you to the secure payment process through PayPal. Easy peasy…right?!?
Oh, and talking about payment…custom bracelets are $24 each and this includes shipping within the United States. And…be sure to check the website/order form** frequently because I will also be adding random, already-stamped bracelets to the site for sale at a small discount.
PHEW!
Now…let’s get to all the pretty things!
Scattered throughout this page you’ll find photos of finished pieces I’ve hand-stamped by request or as gifts. If you’re struggling with your word or your design…maybe some of these will spark an idea.
Down below, you’ll find photos of the various color combinations of string and tokens that I have available. I will do my best to keep everything that is pictured in stock, but it may take a little time for me to gauge which combinations are most popular. Is there a color that you’re interested in that you don’t see on the order form**? Don’t be afraid to send me a quick email and ask. With a little extra time, I might…no guarantees…be able to access additional colors.
You’ll also find a couple of photos of the symbols that are available to add to your bracelet. As you are planning your design and getting ready to submit your order**, please keep in mind that the tokens can fit a maximum of 14 characters, including symbols and spaces. I find that UP TO about 9-10 characters looks the best.
I know this is a lot of information, but I’m hoping I was able to proactively answer any of your questions and clearly explain availability and the ordering process.
Please feel welcome to share this post and the link to the order form** with any friends and family you think may have fun designing a hand-stamped bracelet. And remember…we’re only 13 weeks away from the holiday season. I would love to help you with your list!
I am SO excited to share all of this with all of you! I cannot wait to ask you and to discover “what’s your word?” and hear the amazing stories behind those words. Hearing your stories and watching so many of you live your lives with such intention…? It’s like I’m being given a beautiful gift that I get to unwrap with each and every conversation. Thank you for that. ❤
